Wellbeing Programme

Why have we introduced a Wellbeing Programme?

Over the years, Concordia has seen an overall decline in young people’s capacity to cope with the increasing pressures created by modern society. We are a trusted charity and have built productive relationships with local schools and other organisations.

What does the programme involve?

The Wellbeing Programme that Concordia has created consists of short, focused working groups, supported by experienced facilitators. It has been designed with schools, colleges and other educational institutions in mind, so that it can fit seamlessly alongside day-to-day learning.

Why choose Concordia?

We have extensive experience of working with young people and so we are in a unique position to be able to  equip young people with the tools to deal with challenging situations. Our Wellbeing Programme lays the foundation for participants to build on creating and preserving positive habits. We want young people to feel confident in maintaining a healthy mental wellbeing and be able to spot the signs of decline, to prevent crisis situations.

If you would like Concordia deliver our new Wellbeing Programme to your school or college, please contact [email protected].
