John

After a lifetime of travel in International Trade, John joined the team in 2020 as Opportunities Development Manager. He helps Concordia develop new opportunities for the trust, both local and international.
Max

Max is our NCS Delivery Officer. His main focus is the delivery of our NCS and Concordia Youth Action Programmes. His passions include youth development, football and travelling.

Karen

Karen is our Operations Manager. She leads the Farms team that supports workers, suppliers and growers from all over the world.
Amy

Amy is our Farms Operations Support. She answers general enquiries from growers, workers and agents, and supports our network of growers with any issues.
Nicki

Nicki is our Operations and Accounts Support. She deals with general enquiries from growers, workers and agents, and supports our network of growers with any issues. Her passions include spending time with family and friends and walking her dogs in the countryside and on the beach.
Wildlife Rescue Centre

CYA volunteered at Brent Lodge Wildlife Hospital in Chichester, helping clean and build habitats for rescued animals.
Painting a Youth Centre in Haywards Heath

CYA volunteered for Sussex Clubs for Young People, giving their Hayward Heaths base a much-needed paint.
Alice

Alice joined Concordia in 2019, she works as our Projects Coordinator - supporting the delivery and funding of all our programmes. She studied International Relations and is passionate about peace and conflict resolution, sustainability and rock climbing.
Paschal

Paschal is our Field Relationship Coordinator. With years of experience and expertise in the industry Pashcal audits all the farms we work with – and supporting them to be excellent places to work, live and learn for our workers.
Dean

Dean is our Farms Relationship Coordinator. Dean has been with Concordia for 15 years and has a wealth of experience. He monitors and acts to sort out issues that arise from our ethical farm audits and offers guidance to growers on matters that may arise in the farm.
