As a charity we continue to lead the way in all aspects of our work. Our commitment to excellence in recruitment and support for workers continues to drive our way of working – with best-practice initiatives such as our pastoral fund, emergency support and comprehensive membership package for workers and our commitment to delivering the best possible service to our network of farms.

This year Concordia has worked hard to provide our network with the highest quality workers, at the most affordable price, with excellent customer service. We are proud we have outperformed the market, compared to the NFU statistics, despite the difficult circumstances in terms of matching demand and supply. Our brilliant Farms Support Team have worked hard to minimise the no shows and workers who leave early. 2019 has been a year of challenges for the agricultural sector with weather issues and ongoing political and economic uncertainty. As one of just two organisations trusted by the government to deliver the pilot scheme in 2019, Concordia ensured that we deliver what is needed for the UK farming industry. In 2020 our role as a trusted Pilot Operator will continue and we very much hope to see an increase in the number of visas that are available and thus a greater access to non-EU workers for your farm.

We look forward to working with you and to supporting you with your business in 2020.
