North South Preparation in February

If you intend to join a project in Africa, Asia or Latin America, the first appointment with our North South Preparations is coming up soon:

18th February 2012 – Brighton (book your place now).

The preparation is compulsory for those already booked on a North South project, however it is also a great opportunity to know more about the programme and you can book your project afterwards.

Meet Concordia at Goldsmiths Freshers Fayre in London

After a successful weekend at the Outdoor Show in London, tomorrow Tuesday 17th January Concordia will have a stall at the Goldsmiths’ Freshers Fayre from 12pm – 4pm.

The fayre is being held the Great Hall. The address is, Richard Hoggard Building Great Hall, Goldsmiths College, New Cross,LONDON, SE14 6NW.

Office placement with our partners in France

Our partner Unarec is looking for a volunteer to help in their office in Clermont-Ferrand with theplacement of French volunteers on volunteer projects worldwide. The dates are flexible are can be discussed with the volunteers: from February-March-April to July-August-September.

Candidates should be able to speak French and must have had previous experience in a volunteer programme with Concordia. Accomodation provided in the town center near the office + monthly allowance.

If you are interested in applying please contact us and we will send you an application form.

The deadline for application is the 31st of January.

If you intend to join a project in Africa, Asia or Latin America, please look at the new dates for the preparations in 2012 and pencil them in your diary!

For the first time in 2012 we will hold the summer preparations in London and we hope that this will help you reach us more easily…

18th February 2012 – Brighton (book your place now)

12th May 2012 – London (book your place now)

7th July 2012 – London (book your place now)

13th October 2012 – Brighton

New Volunteer Programme 2012

The new programme for Summer 2012 will be released in March 2012 with over 1500 projects available. If you want us to send you a reminder as soon as the new programme is live on our website, please send us an email and write on the subject “Summer Programme request“.
